MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
Memberships will renew automatically once a month. The day and time will based on your initial sign up. For example, if you sign up on November 21st, you will be charged on December 21st, January 21st, etc. until you cancel your membership (hopefully never!)
Club memberships have a three month minimum.
USE OF INCLUDED HOURS
Each membership tier includes driving time.This driving time may be used during regular opening times. You can select either type of simulator, as well as any type of driving exprience. It's the member's responsibility to keep track of included hours used for their billing period. If the member exceeds their allotted included hours, World of Racing will charge the member's credit card for the overage at the membership rate.
Included hours can only be used during that billing cycle and will not carry over into the next billng cycle.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date by emailing memberships@worldofracing.com. Please note that Club Memberships have a three month minimum. If you cancel your Club Membership prior to the end of your 3 months, we will cancel your auto-renewal at the end of your 3 month period. Your Membership perks will of course remain active until the end of the billing period.
CLEAN RACING PLEDGE
As a member, you agree to race cleanly during any live races, whether they are hourly race experiences, race nights or member nights. Repeated infractions may lead to being removed from said events, or even the termination of your membership. Racing incidents happen of course, however there is a zero tolerance policy for intentional wrecking.
